Alex is an amazing young person - they helped me and my friend today with our lost pet posters and offered to help hang some up outside of work. It legitimately made my friend I tear up and cry after we left. We adored them and will definitely be coming back and trying to get everything we need from there instead of any corporate pet store (side eye at petco, they don’t let people put up lost pet flyers) It seriously made us feel like there are some good people in the world :,) thank you Alex !!!!!!!

Stood in the store for almost 30 minutes trying to get someone to help my family and I. Came in to discuss adopting a cat, but each time we tried to ask for help she walked by us without eye contact or even once asking if we needed help.

I hope all the animals find homes for their sake, but what an insanely odd and bad experience.

Knowledgeable staff, fantastic selection of high quality foods, fun chew treats, toys, and impulse items for those of us who love to pamper our dogs and feed them for longevity and health. Best of all, most dog foods (probably cat, too, but I didn’t look) have samples available so you can try before you commit the hefty chunk of change that most of the foods command. This store is not for the light of wallet.

What A WONDERFUL pet store. The owners were there to answer every question!They carry an amazing assortment of raw pet food and the best natural health Care products for all your pet needs! I went in this weekend to buy dog food and “doggie ice cream “ yes people it does exist and was greeted by a very sour employee. I’m not sure what was going on in her life but honey you’re way too young to be so bitter!! I won’t go back. Oh BTW they don’t sell special ice cream for dogs ?
