Great service, dogs are beautiful and happy after the groom in there. One of my girls is not a fan of the washing(to put it mildly), and I had a hard time to find a groomer which my dog not scared of. Yey, Tatianas Grooming it is!

DISAPPOINTING!

I took my toy poodle for a haircut and cleaning. She had more hair and wanted to have medium haircut. I explained them what I want. Showed them a photo and she took the photo of it as well. When I came back I saw my dog was fully shaved. I was shocked.

They took the note and took a picture of how the haircut supposed to be. But shaved all her hair.

First of all they don’t understand English. Which I understand and I have no problem with. But they are RUDE. When I told them if you can not do what I described then please don’t do something that was not requested, they said why you coming here then. Specially there is lady named IRYNA who is really rude. Do not know how to talk to customers. But the older lady handled the situation really well.

It’s a disappointing experience.

I bring my Mini Aussie puppy here for routine nail trims. Tatiana's Pet Grooming has accommodated other small requests (e.g. bottom paw hair trimming). The team here is friendly, straight forward, and handle customer's dogs with care.
