The store front was very clean actually cleaner than a doctor’s office. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable .
It was nice to see the food being made on site. I did the math and it is definitely more efficient and economical to purchase my dogs meals from them than how I have been cooking / prepping myself.

I've never been treated badly here but Clayton was the prime example how NOT handle a bad situation with one of your guyses products. He talked me down with almost no explanation why I can't return a expired supplement from Amazon. When I got told I Just can to a kitchen and exchange it. Clayton also said let me see what I can do but literally 10 seconds he told me I needed to call costumer service. Because they did not responded in his chat. I've never been treated that way in Corte Madera. I just love to bring Demon to kitchen and get some treats. This one hour plus drive wasn't worth at all. Rosie was so helpful towards me and tried to help me as much as she can and also Alma was amazing towards me. The only reason I give one star is because of the Manger Clyton. The food and the other staff is amazing

I have always believed in JustFoodForDogs since Day 1 of the Corte Madera location opening. My two dogs (one of which was diabetic) had started eating Fish & Sweet Potato as well as the Metabolic support and continued to as long as they were in our lives. Simon had bad allergies that caused him to chew on his paws and delayed hair growth after he was treated for cancer. He stopped chewing on his paws as much and his hair even regrew which was amazing. Charlie, my diabetic dog, lived for about 5 years after he became diabetic and he loved the food that kept him healthy and allowed us to lower his insulin a bit. Many years later when I moved to the Portland area (There was no JFFD location there, but there should be) I cooked JFFD Chicken & Rice at home for the remainder of our lovely golden retriever's life. JustFoodForDogs and specifically the Corte Madera location will always be how I take the best care of my furry family members and the team there have always been the ones I trust to bring this experience to others.

I can't say enough good things about the store manager, Heather. We ran into an issue with our bulk order/delivery and she was able to quickly rectify the situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Fantastic customer service 10/10 would recommend. Also, the our dog loves the chicken and rice recipe and has been extremely healthy since switching to this brand.

I have been feeding JFFD for several months and my two dogs love it. They are very healthy and thriving. I am a veterinarian and have been practicing for 20 years and this is the best food I have fed any of my personal pets. I love the new kitchen in Corte Madera and the staff has always been top notch in their service.

I've been feeding this amazing healthy food to my pups for 2 years. One of my dogs used to get an upset stomach often on other dog foods I tried. Just Food for Dogs has been amazing. I never see any of my pups under the weather or unhappy. They are in tip top health! I also add the JFD omega oil to my pups food every day! Please give this food a go for your doggies! They will love you for it!

It's difficult eating these guys because the food is great, only they deny that dogs can eat wild earth brand and become even HEALTHIER.

They refuse to consider this here even with the kindest of input.
I hope someone opens their minds and helps them get on board with plant based dog foods because they are THE best.

And this comes from having fed dogs in our household primal for years and see the massive benefits of it, but unless the dog is hunting their own meats, we as humans shouldn't be getting involved with this part.
