Hands down, Leo is the BEST trainer we could get for our aggressive and stubborn GSM, Tommy. Leo really understands dogs, and train them according to the needs. Our dog Tommy was stubborn, wouldn’t listen to us, playfully bit us (even if he didn’t do it harmfully, nipping from 85lb dog does hurt), and was master of his own world. After we sent him for 6 weeks board training with Leo, he listens to us and doesn’t bite us at all. He is more confident around strangers and is much calmer dog. Leo helped us understand our dog so we can help Tommy with all the needs including his diet and exercise needs. Leo is very accommodating as well, sent us periodic updates during the length of the training and went outside his way to even take Tommy to the vet for his vaccination and medication. Tommy is a happy dog with his graduation medal. Definitely recommend Leo and we are grateful for how our Tommy came back from training!

We left our German Shepherd Louie with Leo for training and the results were beyond my expectations. Louie returned as the best dog I've ever owned. He's now incredibly sociable with both people and other dogs, even if another dog is aggressive he remains completely neutral. One of my favorite things that came from his training was his off-leash training. I can confidently let him roam free, knowing he'll return to my side with just one command. The confidence and control this gave me is unbelievable, something I've never experienced until now. We even took him to go see Christmas Lights last year and he was a hit, especially with the kids! He was incredibly gentle with a little girl who had a fear of dogs and absolutely made her night. Having grown up with German Shepherds all my life, I've never had one quite like Louie after his training with Leo. The transformation is unbelievable, I highly recommend Leo's training services to anyone wanting to bring out the best in their dog! You won't regret it!

Leo is the best! My Australian cattle dog puppy Bandit has been very tough and stubborn to train, still at times being kind of aggressive. Leo has been wonderful with him and Bandit has loved their training sessions. We did the basic leash training for 10 sessions and we see SUCH an improvement in Bandit’s behavior. Leo clearly has a way with animals, is prompt and respectful with communication, and loves what he does. While Bandit still is having some behavioral issues at home, we have no doubt we will also use Leo to board Bandit for in-home training.

I highly recommend Leo. I have 2 GSD my first one was extremely reactive and afraid of everything outside our home. Almost 2 years ago, Shadow did bootcamp with Leo and came home a new dog that could finally go on walks without the reactive behaviors. Our new 8month old GSD had terrible separation anxiety and lacked confidence. I didn’t realize he severity of his anxiety or the other behaviors I thought was just a pup being a pup until Leo took him in and showed us the dog he really is and is meant to be.

Leo took care of Milo. When Milo left he was a good dog but was hard to manage and wouldn’t listen to me. I couldn’t even take Milo out to the beach or to the park without fearing he would do something.
I just got him back and he is a completely different dog- he is so well behaved and just such a turnaround.
He looks so happy and my dog loves him so much he wanted to go back with him.

My dog was an aggressive dog who did not listen, would always bite, and jump on people so I decided to send her to 2 weeks board training with Leo. I am so thankful I chose him to send my dog with because he changed her completely. She is now obedient, doesn’t bite, doesn’t jump on people, sits and listens, she also sits and waits. Those are all things that she didn’t do before. I now have an obedient dog and not an aggressive dog. I am so grateful to Leo for changing both of our lives around I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer!

Received my 9 month old GSD back the other day after board and training him with Leo. Immediately noticed a huge different in my dogs social behaviors and obedience. A month ago, taking my dog to the park he would bark, lunge, and pull me in different directions and had very little control. Now Leo gave me the structure, foundation and tools to give my dog the most successful outcome! I can now with confidence that i can take my dog out on walks without the fear of him barking; lungeing and pulling on leash at people and other dogs. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
