I can't say enough great things about Sol Dog Lodge and their staff! My wonderful dog became very reactive, protective, and fearful- to the point that taking her anywhere outside the home was stressful for the both of us. Ultimately, my vet and I decided on a combination of medications and training and the improvements I've seen have been amazing. Shelly was incredibly helpful in setting up my initial evaluation. Francesca has been a fantastic trainer- she knows when to push my pup (and me) and I have seen such amazing progress. She is has been able to join me on treks around town and is back to her goofy, happy self!

Sol Dog is fantastic - Caitlin was perfect for Xerxes. To my knowledge, this was his first trip to a groomer. I told her all about his fears (he was a former stray that ended up at PACC), and I was sure that his nails were the only thing that would get done. Surprise - Caitlyn was so caring and gentle, she was able to brush, bathe, clip his nails, AND use the dryer (on low, to alleviate fear). I am SO IMPRESSED and will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend Sol Dog for grooming.

This is a great place with people who really know, love and respect dogs! They have a variety of services including training, both the dogs and, often more importantly, helping the owner learn how to best work with and form a relationship with their dog(s). They are working to build a new facility which looks incredible and will have lots of features, including pools! Bottom line: this is a facility that really has your dog, including your relationship with your dog at heart ❤!

Staff is super friendly.
They take my full bread American Bulldog even though he is not fixed since he is full bread. They were super soft and clean when picked up. Dogs always have to go into the lodge.
