We had a great experience with Truly TLC pet sitting. We were impressed by how thorough and careful they were. This was our first time with them and they came by the house first to meet our cat and get all the details for his care. While we were gone, our pet sitter Natalie came for an extended period each day (around an hour!) and didn’t just feed the cat and clean the litter box, but played with him, gave him attention, watered the plants and brought in any packages, and left us detailed notes and pictures. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to know he was in such good hands while we were away and we would definitely use this service again.

My usual pet sitter dropped at the last minute, but Lynn saved our entire weekend! She was able to fit us no problem! Karen came over every day to make sure our cats were fed, played with and happy. She made sure to send pictures which my daughter loved since she missed our cats. When I came home there were very detailed reports waiting on my table about how my boys did every day.

I would 110% recommend and will absolutely be using them again next time we travel.

Lynn and Jared are hands down the best pet sitters in town!! I can rely on them and blindly trust them with my cats. They are always on time and keep the house clean. They genuinely take care of my cats as their own and spend hours playing with them! My cats have become very comfortable around them too.

Their daily notes are very helpful when we come back from vacation. It helps us see how our pets did when we were gone. Jared never fails to send us photos/videos too!

Can't say enough good things about Lynn and her team - especially if you're a small animal or exotic pet owner looking for a knowledgeable sitter. Lynn, Jared, Amanda and Tracy have all gone above and beyond to make sure my guinea pigs get the special care they need as exotics and have regularly given medications, hand syringe feeding and extra love and care to my guinea pig with special needs. They are an invaluable resource and really treat all animals - big and small - like family just they way you would yourself.
