Coleen at Paw country is a godsend! She is so knowledgeable about fresh food, raw food, supplements etc. She has patience like I’ve never seen anyone have before. My puppy had a lot of food sensitivities and she had recommended we do a food sensitivity test to guide us down the right path. I received the data and she spent over three hours reading every label in the store picking out the best food that she thought would be best for the puppy. Awesome!! All the folks who work here are wonderful & super helpful, and they love meeting, greeting & treating your 4 legged friends. Been coming here 10+ years, ever since they managed to find a dry kibble for my very picky eater. They are great!!

This is a great local pet food store that I continue to return to, even after moving a bit farther away. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In addition to carrying a good selection of premium food and treats,they also offer a large variety of dog chews, including frozen chews.
They also carry the West Paw line of dog toys, which is one of my favorites (and my dog's favorite too!).
If you buy Northwest Naturals food, they participate in their buy 12, get one free program. You just give them your phone number whenever you buy one, and they track it and submit it to the company for you. I guess some stores don't, and you have to keep the receipts and UPCs and mail them in yourself. I'm glad Paw Country makes it much easier!

Very friendly employees. They were really patient with me while I did the doggie self wash for the first time. They showed me how to do the self wash & provided me with all the shampoo, conditioner,ect.

All the people who work here are nice and very knowledgeable about pet foods and natural diets for your animals. I needed to put my pug on a special diet, but the prescription foods all contain corn, which she is allergic to. Nuts to that! So I did some research and then went to Paw Country where they helped me choose the right foods for her. She is doing much better now, and I continue to buy the extra canned food she needs there. They have lots of good varieties of foods, including frozen raw foods. I highly recommend it for your pet.
