Beware pet owners!! Customer service is ridiculous! Very rude and unprofessional management. You really don’t need this type or experience.
They send groomers that don’t understand English at all so can’t understand your instructions. When I said why I wasn’t notified that groomer will be having difficulties understanding my instructions I was blamed to be a racist (pretty funny considering that I moved to US 10 years ago and I am immigrant myself ?).

The worst customer experience and service ever! They sent a guy (very nice person, no problem with him personally) who only speaks Spanish. Doesn't know a word in English. And how are we supposed to explain what we want to be done? Customer service (apparently the owner, who's super rude and unprofessional) doesn't speak Spanish either!! Their only solution is "go use a Google Translate". Are you serious? I'm paying a ton of money and I don't even get to explain what I need? This is ridiculous. Never again!!!

I am Very Satisfied with the professional Stylist. My little one tends to have an attitude with stylists in the past. I have my cut in the Teddy Bear style and she really looks like a teddy and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Outlet Mobile Grooming
