Worth every penny!! Raphael and Annie were the best. We were gone for two and a half weeks and a source of stress for our daughter when traveling is always who will be taking care of our three cats. This trip with Pet Angels was stress free. We received daily updates with photos of our kitties which made us all feel at ease and we looked forward to the twice daily updates. If you travel and need someone to take care of your pet these are your people. Raphael and Annie came to the house for an in person visit not only with us but the cats as well. They were both very through in their questions and getting to know each cat as an individual. Our cats were of course happy when we returned but they weren’t as stressed as in the past. I will definitely be using them again whenever we travel and I highly recommend them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Raphael and the Pet Angels team are like the family/friends you trust most. Our cat, Emma is so shy and timid and always hides when people (anyone) comes to visit. Raphael has a way with her and often gets great pictures of her which is so reassuring when we are away. We moved to the area two years ago and are so happy we found them! They are extremely available and reliable. I highly recommend.

We're extremely satisfied with Pet Angels. Raphael and our pet sitter, Shyanne, were fantastic! They were able to accommodate taking care of our cats on short notice, and Shyanne did a fantastic job of keeping the kitties fed, clean, and happy while we were out of town. She also kept us posted with daily check-ins and photos. We'll definitely be using them again when we need a cat sitter!

We absolutely LOVE Raphael & Sylvie. We moved to Santa Barbara back in 2017 and they have been caring for our two cats ever since. Raphael responds quickly to my emails and texts, is incredibly flexible when plans need to change, and treats our cats like they're his own. We receive photos and videos after each visit, and it's clear that our boys love when Raphael and/or Sylvie stop by. From playing, to administering medication, to making sure the mail makes it in each day, Pet Angels is truly the best. We'll continue to use their services for as long as we have pets in our life 🙂

My family and I booked a vacation in Santa Barbara and at last minute, we decided to bring our new dog. I frantically searched for pet sitters in the area. Called a few but it was Raphael who returned my call ASAP. We scheduled the pet sitting appointment at our hotel for Sunday (we got there Saturday) so our family can go to the zoo and do some shopping. Sylvie and Raphael showed up on time. Sylvie stayed in the hotel with our husky, and she kept me up to date by sending me photos! Raphael came to the hotel twice to walk our pup. When we hire pet sitters, we are willing to pay extra for a service that will give us peace of mind. This is exactly what Raphael and Sylvie did! Five stars! Will use them again!

Raphael is the absolute best! Due to my busy work schedule I was finding it a challenge to get home at lunch time to walk my dog. I reached out to Raphael and Pet Angels SB months ago and he has been amazing since!!! It is such a relief that I can always rely on him even when my schedule changes; He is flexible, reliable, and most important my dog just adores him!!! Sylvie looked after dog while we got married and she was the AMAZING, and so kind and so trustworthy. This was our first time hiring a pet sitter so we wanted the best, and that’s what we got.
