I have known Jeremy Friedman for ten years and first met when we both had working line German Shepherds from the same breeder. Jeremy very quickly became a mentor and friend in the process of training our dogs - him teaching ME, not the other way around. I was immediately impressed with his natural ability to "read" a dog and his fairness in training. He just "gets it."

I went on to title my shepherd Zara in WDA and simply would not have accomplished any of it without Jeremy's help and guidance. I traveled as often as possible from the Bay Area to Chico so that I could specifically work with Jeremy as other so-called trainers did not have much to back up their so-called credentials and often suggested outdated and harsh training methods.

While I am currently without a dog at this time, I plan to have a puppy in the Fall and would not hesitate to use Jeremy for his board & train services or traveling back to Chico to start the process all over again. That's how much I value his expertise. And speaking of - when interviewing so-called trainers ask him/her to show and prove their accomplishments with dogs. What breeds have they trained, what methods do they use, have they every titled their dogs, raised from puppy to competition field. Who were their training mentors? Jeremy "checks" all of those boxes and then some.
