Very experience and knowledgeable family own business. My first time visiting i dealt with the son. I was so impressed with his knowledge of dogs in general and how willing he was to take the time to spend with me while I was there. Second visit was just as good as the first. I’ve recently started shopping at Paw Factory Animal Feed Store and it’s the best place ever! The customer service is outstanding everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any questions. Shawn, made me feel incredibly welcome. He ensured that customer satisfaction was met at the highest capacity.

I went in looking for the best quality nutrients and food for my Cane Corso, as well as excellent standards for progesterone testing. The store offers a wide range of high-quality products, ensuring I find exactly what I need for my dog. It’s also incredibly clean and well-organized, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

I’ve been to many feed stores, but this one is by far the best. Walking in, I felt like a customer; while shopping, I felt like a friend; and by the time I left, I felt like family. Shawn’s personal touch and dedication to his customers make this store truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

Shaun is amazing! Our first time in and he was so helpful and informative! And they have everything you can think of from harnesses,medicines, shots and micro chipping to pet foods, pet treats and exotic animal stuff! He was very well educated! So happy we found paw factory! Amazing! Love this place and it's big!
