This place is incredible! They have literally everything you need for your dog. I'm sure they have more, I specifically was shopping for my dog and was very impressed by how much they have. It's a great place to find things that are not carried in your local pet store. Very clean and organized! My new favorite place to shot for pet supplies!!

I started coming here to buy items for my bunny but recently started purchasing your brand of dog food as well after an employee engaged with me regarding the food. My dog really likes the wet lamb. A few days ago I purchased a case of chicken thinking he would also enjoy it. Unfortunately after two days of trying he would not eat it. I brought the case back minus 2 cans this morning around 11 and asked for a case of the lamb as an exchange as my dog did not like the chicken. The girl was nice a got the case of food then asked if I wanted to purchase the two extra cans that were missing. I told her my dog did not like it and I thought they guaranteed their product. She said no. Needless to say I did not purchase the two cans as I just wasted those two chicken cans. I drive up from south Corona just to purchase this food but after this case I will go back to my regular food I was buying before simply for the lack of customer service and the refusal to stand behind your product line of dog food. Again very nice people just a lack of customer service from standing behind your product. Thanks

Soooo frustrated. After a long day of work called this location to make sure they have what I needed. Lady on the phone confirmed they DID. Get here and suprise suprise, they don't. PLEASE for future reference let people know if you have a LIMITED inventory of specific items when they call. Staff needs training.
