Bought fish on 8/14/23 at 4pm on 8/15/23 at 6:33pm 2 fish were DEAD store was closed so no pick up when I called.. on 8/16/23 when I called the guy says maybe there's something with your water UMM IF THAT WAS THE CASE ALL FISH WOULD BE DEAD SIR! annnD he says no warranty Never Has Been In 30Years HMMM... the fish died within ONE DAY!!! DON'T BUY HERE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR $$

Horrible customer service, high prices, and fish that don’t last. I went in and was sold 3 cichlids who all died within a week of purchasing despite being reassured that they were hardy and would last when doing simple things such as doing a water change. When I called in to speak to a manager regarding getting more fish or receiving a possible refund of the near $40 I spent on just 3 fish, the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. He laughed at me when I asked him for the refund and what I could do regarding the situation, cut me off quite a few times while I was speaking, and had an attitude when telling me I was blaming them for lying on their supposedly “lasting and hardy fish”. You’ve got a better shot at going to petsmart and getting a guaranteed exchange or refund if the fish die within 14 days.

I've been coming here for 7 years I've had both fresh and saltwater fish, The volume of fish these guys get every week is quite a lot, so you can't expect every single solitary fish to be in perfect health you just have to know what to look for. Other than that it's great I've had no issues.

I had a problem with high nitrates in my saltwater tank that I struggled with for nearly a year. The staff were friendly and continually recommended products for me to purchase to get my nitrates under control to no avail. Throughout this time, I purchased my RODI water from this store and one day decided to test it for nitrates. Buyer BEWARE! Test the water before putting it into your tank if not before purchasing.

Be aware if you buy a fish or plants from here they will not take returns they only take returns on dry goods was sad when I found out they gave me 3 sick fish that died and I was misinformed about some carpet plants that needed high tech co2 other than that very large variety of everything you can think of good help around the store overall and a nice team beautiful fish store just wish they would take returns or exchanges be aware
