From the beginning to the end, Nancy, Bob & Michael did an amazing job at getting my Rescue Pup to relax and enjoy his grooming session, came back in exactly one hour as they mentioned and he was ready to go!
I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, everything came out perfect!

I have been going here for the last two years. I have been able to rely on them whenever my little baby needs a cut. They are very patient and handle the pets with care. My dog was scared at first but he ended up trusting them and comes back handsome every time. Great folks, great business.

Nancy’s Pet Parlor is the best place we have ever taken our dogs! Yes, they come out looking completely adorable with great attention to detail, but they also listen if you ask for a little change or something specific. On top of that, they have VERY fair prices (I highly doubt you would find somewhere with better service, quality and care that Nancy’s provides that could even come close to having a more fair price). But most importantly, I get piece of mind when I leave my dog there to be groomed. He always looks excellent and just loves everyone down there. They treat him so well and he is in such a great mood when he leaves. That allows me to not worry about my dog and how he’s being treated and that, you cannot put a price on. All things said, if you want a place where your pet (family member!) will not only look great, but feel great, take them to Nancy’s! We have for 17 years and don’t plan to stop! 🙂

Nancy Bob and the boys are just the BEST we have been coming here for years. We no longer live in DB but we still take our fur babies to them. They go way and beyond for your pets. Our dog will NOT let anyone else groom him but Bob and Nancy. This place is clean they are a great family and they run an AWESOME business!!! Thank you guys for your great services and for treating my Teddy like his yours❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nancy and her family do a great job on our dogs. We have used similar pet grooming services of many other groomers (in the past) in Diamond Bar and have discovered that Nancy Pet Parlor do a the best job for an affordable price.

Nancy is "straight forward" in her communications so some people may seem to think she is rude. She is NOT! She just wants to make sure you know understand her grooming offer and services. She has been in the grooming business for more years than my wife can count and my wife grew up in this town since 1965.

As some people are aware, a few more Pet Parlors are popping up in this town, these days.. I would recommend you use Nancy's Pet Parlor services. She and her family take pride in their dog grooming services and are consistently booked. Call early so you don't miss out on a great grooming (the day you want your dogs pampered).

She is located "UNDER" the stairway next to the 7/11 store on Diamond Bar Blvd, (just west of Grand Ave.)

Her prices are competitive and she prefers CASH. You can get "quick cash" in the ATM located in the 7/11 Store.

They simply love my dogs and they (our dogs) appreciate her family, too. Max and Hanna consider them family. Let your dogs consider them family , as well!
