Terrible customer service and poor treatment. Do not recommend.
My response to the owner’s response:
I originally scheduled an appointment and was running behind. I called ahead, before driving 30 minutes, to check if it was okay to be late. I was told it was fine. When I arrived, however, they said they couldn't see my dog anymore. Why not inform me of this when I called? We rescheduled with no problem. Later, I received a call stating my dog was matted and would need to be fully shaved.
When trying to explore alternative options, my mother called on my behalf to communicate our concerns. We were repeatedly cut off and not listened to. When we requested to speak, the owner became upset, refused service, and told me to pick up my dog. When I arrived, they were hostile, saying “just go, just go” without provocation from me.
I then called the Livermore location, asking to speak to the owner, and was promised a call back. The next day, after no response, I followed up and was told that the owner, who had refused service, would not call me back.
What kind of customer service is that? Fortunately, I found a new groomer who managed to groom my dog without shaving him. They did an excellent job with a dog that was not as matted as claimed.
I do not recommend this place and will not go back. The owner told me I was free to leave a review, which I did. Now that I’ve left it, she is responding to avoid looking bad.
