We bought an entire master closet Elfa system. It looks beautiful. My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves over 2 days. We got to the end and was missing one crucial piece on Saturday at 4. Called the store and spoke to Natalie. She found the piece and offered to deliver it to us on her way home from work that evening. So grateful to her that we didn’t have to stop our progress to go back to the store. When she arrived at our house she came in to answer a couple detail questions and helped us install the last shelf. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation. She was the best.
Jon was our designer and he spent a lot of time with me tweaking the plan to optimize our space. Couldn’t be happier with the service and their product

I've had nothing but good experiences at the Container Store! We had previously had a different company (a big depot of homes 😉) that we tried to go through for our laundry room needs, and that did not work out at all. But I couldn't be happier! We went into the free consultation with Deb with a very specific idea in mind, and she took down all of our needs and wants and designed something that blew our minds! She went above and beyond to design something that we did not even think of! She didn't try to over sell us, and even stayed under our budget by almost $200! Usually in these situations, they try to get it as close to the max budget as possible! She also looked at the pictures we sent, and not only looked at the walls, but looked at the items on top of our washer/dryer, asked us what else we wanted to store on our laundry room shelves, and even took my height into consideration! It was super easy for us to install ourselves and we are in LOVE with this shelving!

It's OK. I keep trying because I want to love it and haven't managed to find anything special that u wouldn't find in my regular travels.

I always enjoy shopping for new ideas of organizing anything. We spent at least 30-40 minutes looking through almost every isle in the store. It could be helpful to have price scanners available to see if an item was on sale or even what the price is. I was looking at one item and I wasn’t sure that the correct tag was beneath it. The associates working both registers were wonderful at multi tasking. It could be more helpful if there was a sign or specific place for people to go for online order pickup.

My daughter needed a couple of things for her college dorm room so we decided to stop here since we were confident that this store could accommodate our needs. Although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, we did find a suitable substitute.

This was the first visit to this location since we're from out of town. The staff working on 26 Aug 2023 were very friendly which is always appreciated. This franchise seems to be always well-organized...I mean, go figure...an organized container store. I really appreciate how this franchise supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - this is truly remarkable! Highly recommend this store to everyone!

I loved this store, the employees are friendly & knowledgeable.
I came in and wasn't expecting a clerk to ask what my storage needs were and then give me several options as a solution.
True professionals when it comes to storage & organization.
