So glad this one opened back up! We love Grandrabbit's. The selection is geared toward creative play & the staff is always willing to help you find what you're looking for.

Editing to add: While some items they sell cost more than ordering online, some are exactly the same, and some are cheaper. One item I bought as a Christmas gift was $20 less than it would have been on Amazon.

We've gone shopping here several times for various children over the past couple years and it's always a nice place to go. Before my first time visiting, I was imagining something similar to Toys R Us (for you 90s kids) but on a smaller scale. It's not that, but actually better. But I do fear for this place. More on that at the end.

The place is very well-organized, always clean and well-lit. The staff is nothing but friendly and helpful. I've never walked out empty-handed (i.e. I've always found things that suit my needs.) I really can't summon a complaint.

But I fear for it, this place. In the age of Amazon and Wal-Mart, businesses like this have to be feeling the squeeze because it is slightly pricier than what you find online. To he honest, I'm surprised it survived the pandemic. Now the company does have an online presence and multiple brick-and-mortar locations, giving them more flexibility. Maybe they have more staying power than I give them credit for.

Being one of the last brick-and-mortar toy shops that I'm aware of, in the area, I will choose this place over Amazon, while the choice still exists.

As you might expect, it's a little more expensive for some things than at Walmart or Amazon. But for a local shoppe, the prices are pretty competative, and the atmosphere and people that work there can't be beat! It's a special little toy store packed with a lot of fun and unique things♡

Also, I take my kiddos here during their birthday months (after their yearly check-ups to take the edge off of the visit they just had) because they get a $5 coupon and a free tiny (the ones that are less than an inch) Safari rubber animal. Something for them to look forward to beyond getting the dreaded shot, and there are plenty of cute little toys $5 and under from which to choose.

Cute stuff, great book selection, a little pricey but worth it to support local. They would however, make a lot more sales if their staff chose to engage at all. I went in looking for gifts for my 2 year old niece and not once did anyone ask if I needed help, or offer any suggestions. I wandered around and picked up some random stuff. When I went to checkout the gal barely spoke to me and did not say thank you. Not the environment I expected to find in a boutique toy store.

I went here with my two small children to buy them stuffed animals. They had great selection, great quality, and the prices were reasonable. I browsed throughout and was reminded of my childhood with some nostalgic toys and books. On top of all this the customer service was spectacular. The woman working helped me find a specific Bear and was nice to my children despite my littlest pulling things off the shelves.

My sister and I loved this store. They have the most jelly cats we’ve ever seen and the ladies who work here are so nice. Tons of toys for all ages. Will be coming back a lot!

This store is wonderful! I try to stay away from all the Disney themed stuff and buy simple and quality toys that inspire creativity. Big selection for all ages.

Limited hours, so be sure to check before going. I was able to find most of my holiday gifts here. Just an FYI that at the time of my visit (December 2022), there is a 4% service charge on all cards, so take cash to save!
