Everyone is always so excited to see Nala. They treat her with SO much care and excellence as if she is their own. They check in with me, if they have to trim her anymore than I expected just to give me a heads up. I have always been so happy with every cut and groom she has received at Pet Station! Visited today for the first time. Getting an appointment online was easy! Turning in my vaccinations was easy. My dog looks so fluffy and so beautiful and he smells amazing. The environment was beautiful and clean and friendly. I am so happy I found this place.

Always the best experience!
My dog HATES getting her nails trimmed (our fault we didn’t do enough exposure to that as a pup) but they always accommodate by cutting her nails in the waiting area and do it efficiently and professionally - thank you!

I recently brought my dog, Maggie, to Pet Station New Castle for a spa day, and I’m beyond impressed! Maggie is usually very nervous about nail clipping, but the staff here handled it like absolute pros. They were patient, gentle, and made Maggie feel completely at ease—something I haven’t seen happen anywhere else.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. She answered all my questions and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable.

Not only did they do an amazing job with her nails, but Maggie also had a fantastic spa experience. She came home looking and feeling so relaxed, with her coat shiny and smelling fresh.

Joanne did a beautiful job on my 17-year-old dog as usual (yes - he is going on 18 and not easy to handle). The place is very clean and pleasant, and my dog seems happy. I’m definitely a loyal customer now, and highly recommend Pet Station - wish I knew about it way before!
