Ordered a used Alpha 100 from them and received a broken unit. Called the same day it arrived and explained the issue and we tried to troubleshoot over the phone to see if it was a screen calibration issue. Was not able to fix so they said to return and they would send another one out the same day. I asked if they needed the other back before they sent the new one because I could route a work trip around picking it up direct and they said no they would send out replacement that day. After waiting a few days I never received tracking of the replacement so I called in and was told I needed to send the broken one back. The gentleman over the phone was extremely rude and I explained I could have made a work trip to pickup the replacement. I am now returning and buying from another store.
