We LOVE Murdock's! I have been taking my dog Ali there to see Athena for 14 years. Athena has been so amazing with Ali, going above and beyond to make her look and feel her best, and Ali always looks forward to going in to see her (seriously!). We have always felt 100% confident that our dog is in the best hands at Murdock's. UPDATE:The manager contacted me immediately about my review. She had me bring Quinnley back in and fixed all the problems sues at NO CHARGE, apologizing for the bad experience. The service was impeccable as the first service. ALL concerns addressed. They went above & beyond to correct the situation problems. Thank You!
My first experience (shampoo, blow dry, nail trim) was great. The did a great job. My 2nd and last experience was far from good. I asked them to give my little Yorkiepoo a bath, haircut, nail trim & teeth cleaned. Sh was there as soon as they opened and schedule to start at 8:00 am. I was told she’d be done at 11:15. When I showed up at 11:30, the groomer was just starting her haircut and asked me to come back at 12:30.
With tip it was $100 because their prices increased. The cut was awful! Her tail was not trimmed at all! She had long icees on her head and other areas that were sort with a “weight line”. When I got her home, I trimmed her up myself because the groomer had been rude when I picked her up. Never going back or recommend this shop! Photos taken after I trimmed her ears.

The whole staff is great we use and love Rickie. We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else. They are busy so you have to book well in advance . We had 5 or 6 horrible experiences before finding this place. If you're looking for a new place you won't be disappointed. Dogs are Golden Doodle and Irish Doodle

WOW. Buster got another great cut from KELSY. Not his first from Kelsy and she also does a super wonderful job with our golden doodle. Highly recommend Kelsy as she is extremely great, personable and my pups never look better after their visit. Also recommend Murdochs. The staff is always friendly and excited to see my pups. The atmosphere in the salon is is extremely dog friendly, I swear the dogs are always smiling in the
Cutting room🤗. No more dreading the outcome with Murdochs they always do it right.

I’m so pleased with this place! My fur baby, coco, hasn’t been groomed properly in I don’t know how long before I got her, I tried and tried to do what I could and she just had so much hair and I didn’t have the proper tools to groom her right to get all the dead hair off, trim her nails, or all the great things this place did for her. And when I got her back, she was and still is, silky and soft! Would definitely make this place her permanent groomers.! I believe her groomer was Stephanie, I might be wrong on the name I do apologize, but everyone there is so kind and sweet!
