Kari and the entire team at Peaceful Puppy are the best! The cut on my poodle is perfect every time. They really care about my dog. And...you don't have to leave your dog for so many hours. They make appointments that they stick to, so they take the dogs in right away and call you as soon as they are done. So wonderful!

I recently visited The Peaceful Puppy for a grooming appointment, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I cannot say more good things about this place. I recently moved out of state and am going through the grueling process of finding a new groomer, and it has made me incredibly reminiscent of how perfect every experience was here. I had 10/10 haircuts every single time, they listened to everything I wanted to a T and I just generally really loved how they do stuff around here. My pup is a tiny guy and he is generally anxious, but every time they said he was good and I truly think it's because of how well they handle him! Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable, they are some genuinely talented dog groomers!!! I miss the Peaceful Puppy so bad, I know it sounds silly, but there is nothing better than knowing your pup is in good hands. Every time I came to pick him up they were just holding him and letting him do whatever like truly I have never seen a place that runs like this. Such a gem.

I can't say enough about this place!! I've taken my boys to Petsmart multiple times for grooming and every time they were brought out and the staff claimed they were aggressive/anxious and too difficult to groom. I was nervous that would happen again but not at Peaceful Puppy. The staff were incredibly kind to my boys and made them feel at ease. My Blue Heeler didn't even bite and was able to get his nails trimmed! They worked through my Aussie's anxiety and got him groomed no problem. His haircut was perfect and they smelled soo good. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Peaceful Puppy!!

I had high hopes for this place because I love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, it needs some improvement. The staff often arrives late due to their distance, which I understand; however, consistent lateness is not acceptable. I’ve paid over $100 for both of my dogs, yet one dog's ears are never cleaned or groomed, and my other dog’s anal glands are not being emptied, even though this is supposed to be part of the service. While the staff is friendly and pleasant, it’s important for a business to operate smoothly, and I’m disappointed that I’m paying for services that aren’t being fulfilled.

I bring my ShihTzu, Itsy every 5-6 weeks. She’s happy as a clam every time I pick her up. We started out with having a bad haircut to fix (from our previous groomer.) Peaceful Pup worked with me over the last four months to make sure that her hair grows out right- Part 2: After a few visits (got her ears back to fluffy) I noticed inconsistency in the haircuts. It might sound picky, but considering they are charging top rates, I don’t want to have to teach them that I Shih Tzu’s head has to blend with her body. I began to notice that her face would look nice but it was like a separate cut from her body. That was about the time they raised their rates and it was over $100 each visit. So it’s not worth the drive to Boulder for me anymore.
