My dog was well taken care of and looks great! I can tell he is a happy dog after his visit. He is not a fan of baths so going to a groomer that is gentle and patient is a must. A bit steep compared to other locations, but it pays for good service!

VERY RUDE
We called asking for a specific date for my Dog Winston who is Australian Shepard/ St. Bernard mix to get groomed. Winston is a 6 year old sweet heart that has been groomed this way his whole life and is very well behaved. But in the area we live in there are lots of goatheads/ thorns and thistles. As well as it being mud season my husband and I wanted Winston shaved so there's about an inch to an inch and a half of hair full body. The lady on the phone ( I assume the owner) refused to shave him went on telling me how he will get cold and then proceeded to hang up quite rudly when we insisted on shaving him. So if you want your dog groomed a specific way don't take them here because this lady only does it her way.

This was such a horrible experience. We were traveling and passing through town and my baby needed her nails trimmed. I called and they said they could take her. This lady came out with drill in hand , i had to help hold my baby while the lady proceeded to kneel down and trim her nails on the floor in the extremely small foyer. She was harsh and i know now, 3 months later, that she hurt my dog by holding the drill too long in one place too long and burning her nerve. I feel so guilty for putting my dog through this. 🙁
