Words cannot express how professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented this entire team is!! Most recently, when my dog had an emergency over New Year’s and they were closed, I texted the front desk staff who immediately got back to me and encouraged me to go down to the emergency vet center in Basalt (which you will read in their review). Also, Dr. Robinson went above and beyond consulting us until we could see the emergency doctor. We are beyond grateful for your entire team. Thank you for taking such amazing care of all of our dogs (and me)!

The staff at the hospital are very caring and good listeners. Dr. Krause came up with a treatment for our cat which we are trying first to see if it will cure his anemia. I didn’t feel like I was rushed and they all had our cat’s best interests in recovering.

Our dog Humo had the most wonderful at Aspen Animal Hospital.
He had a spleen the size of a volley ball removed after a long surgery. The entire staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful! The vet, Cristina Robinson, was thorough and explained everything really well. We could spend lots of time with Humo both before and after the surgery . I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone with their special pets!

I am SO grateful for the quick response and kindness that Aspen Animal Hospital provided! They were able to get me right in when my pup was sick, we were visiting from out of town and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to see a vet! They gave excellent care, and communication!

At Aspen Animal Hospital is so responsive and caring and gentle. Our older Diabetic dog Has needed ongoing chair and sometime emergency care they have been ready to help each and every time. And Dr. Danielle often checks up the next day. They have been wonderful.

We are so lucky to have the kindest and most caring group of people at the Aspen Animal Hospital. The first faces you see at reception are the most important. No one wants to be at the doctor or the vet (except my dog who loves it!) in the first place. I can't stress enough what a difference it makes to be greeted by a team who are friendly, know your dog's name, and are happy to help.
The vets and the vet techs are informed, compassionate, thorough, and you can feel their genuine concern and love for your pet. If we could give more than four paws up, we would! Thank you to ALL the staff! @stanleypotatochip and his mom.
