Please beware, Rachel Bretz was recommended by somebody who I got my Belgian Malinois so naturally I reach out since she is the "expert" on them. I met with her and she looked very knowledgeable and explain how she does business and packages. I did not wanted to pay full price from the beginning do to been afraid of getting scam, and I was right. I showed up to the first training session and she was late, rushed and then ask me where did I wanted to start, first red flag not having a plan since she is the expert. After that we did 3 maybe 4 sessions where again she was late and the lessons was nothing that I could have implemented from YouTube videos. Also like the comment before she took my dog in for doggy care where I left on trip and twice she return him without his leashes or harnesses. Lastly after the Christmas break she stopped returning my calls and when she replied to my text was with some excuses and that she was going to refund the money that clearly never did. Ms Bretz is irresponsible, fraud and a thief do not trust your babies to her and even less your money.

Terrible experience, please be cautious. We met with Rachel twice before trusting her with our puppy. She promised to train her, stay in touch, send videos and updates, yet we heard absolutely nothing. I had to request video proof just to make sure she still had our puppy in her possession. She brought back our dog several days after the agreed upon contract. She was returned in terrible condition and without her belongings. We were supposed to have two follow up training sessions which we paid for in full before the initial training session to which we still have not received. We were supposed to receive an email with follow up training instructions which I requested multiple times. Rachel has completely stopped returning any communication and broken her own contract. Buyer beware!
