First off, this was my first time at this shop and I must add it was also my first time at Nature Pet Box, across the parking lot. Upon entering Nature Pet Box, I wasn't greeted, which was fine. I asked for help with some fish and was greeted by a VERY rude, short little man-troll with a horrible attitude bigger than he is-whom I'm assuming is the owner from all their negative reviews; which are spot-on BTW. Even the energy was off in that place. After about 10 minutes, I left. Being treated the way I was is absolutely uncalled for. When I walked into Pet Palace, I was greeted with a pleasant, warm welcome and a positive environment. I was helped by wonderful associate who's name is "Twin Mom" on my receipt. I was given advice and treated very kindly. I found fish that I could stock my new aquarium with, a chewy and a cute toy for Bodie, my bow wow🥰Thank you for welcoming me and valuing my business. I will definitely be back. 💗I'm not even going to leave a negative review for that "other" shop as I already wasted 10 minutes of my life that I will never get back. I'm certainly not wasting any more. I'm glad I was treated like that, because Pet Palace didn't and they received my business. I will however, leave a positive review for this shop. Thank you very much, I'll be seeing you again soon😊

You can get everything you need for pretty much any pet. Friendly service and impressive aquatic choices. The tanks were so clean and fish are healthy!!! Prices very reasonable. We will definitely become regulars here.

I love this place it was the girls first time being here as well as me and I'm glad I stumbled across this gem, the inside is beautiful and welcoming. Their customer service is amazing!! Will be the number one place I start buying my treats and toys for them! They love the chicken necks and the bones they get from this place. Recommending to all the pet parents I know!

Love this place, the owners and staff are really wonderful people and will go above and beyond for you. Known them for many years now and continue to not only recommend everyone I know there but also send my own clients as well as shop there myself, even if I could get it "cheaper online"-would rather support a small local business.

Having just moved to a new home I wanted to find a pet store that has a self wash for my queen hound Piper. Pet Palace is very close and is family owned. I do buy from the big box stores but supporting smaller businesses makes me even happier.

At $10 the self-wash is a great value and there are two self washes available. You get 30 minutes and they provide everything. From a room that you can fully close the door (or leave part or fully open) to ramp for easy entry into tub, towel with cookie (nice touch Pet Palace), shampoo/conditioner, brush and scrubber you are able to wash without issue. They also

They offer a vet clinic inside. I haven't used so just mentioning as one of the services they offer.

Pet Palace sells a wide variety of dog, cat, fish, etc. food and products.

The staff is very friendly and they have cats and dogs hanging out in the store.

Feel like a queen (like my hound Piper) or king when visiting Pet Palace.
