The staff always keep me informed on my dog’s day, changes in behaviors, or any problems they see. They are very proactive when they notice signs of illness in the playroom and show genuine sympathy when your pet is sick. All the staff are incredible, but Brittany and Destiny hold an extra special place in my and my pet’s hearts because of how caring and kind they are. My ONLY wish is that they had bigger play rooms and a larger outdoor area, but my big dog still comes home very tired and is always excited when he sees the daycare come into view from the car. I absolutely adore this daycare and highly recommend based on my personal experience.

I have started bringing my girls here for daycare twice a week. All of the employees seem to genuinely love dogs. They greet my girls with excitement and my girls are super excited to be there. The drop off and pick up process is super organized and smooth.
I love the cameras that allow me to check in on them and see them play. It's been great to help socialize my 1 year old labs.
I boarded them for one night for the first time and had them do a bath and brush while they were there. Everything went well and they looked great!

We trust our dogs with the staff at Dogtopia because they understand their unique personalities. We like that they offer daily activities with a built in break time instead of them walking around in circles endlessly like they did at their previous daycare.

Love love love this place! Had to leave my dog for boarding for a couple of days. I was nervous because it was my first time leaving my doggie somewhere else for so long! The process was so smooth and easy, everyone made sure my baby was comfortable and that i was aware of everything going on. Love that i am able to see my baby on the app, it gives me peace of mind. They also have activities for the doggies almost everyday and it’s so cute. Everyone there is wonderful I cannot explain how grateful I am for the staff at Dogtopia of woodmen rd. You guys rock!

From 10/4/2024 to 10/8/2024 my dog boarded at Dogtopia. When I picked her up she had a bad cough. over the next 20 hours she became very ill and had to go to the emergency vet. She received antibiotics and IV fluids. She was very ill. Diagnosed with Kennel cough.

I called Dogtopia with an update on her condition and the fact that she caught kennel cough while at Dogtopia. To this date they have not notified customers that they have had at least one dog there for days with kennel cough.

Since it is highly contagious I feel that customers should be notified that there is a possibility their dogs could become infected.

My dog is always so happy to go to Dogtopia. He recognizes and likes the people that greet him and take him back and he likes them. You can also see the employees petting the dogs and loving on them on the webcams and I really appreciate that. My dog can be super playful and dig in all the water bowls and they’re super patient with him when he does that. They even dry him afterwards before he comes home. If you need some entertainment for your dog while you work long days or just an easy play date with other pups, this is your place 🙂
