Lifetime customer right here! I cannot say enough amazing things about this business and all of its employees! I have been working on an aquarium for over 4 months in preparation for an axolotl. Not the easiest process, but their knowledge and help was invaluable! Today was finally today! I brought in a sample of water to confirm it was within all parameters, they did quickly and efficiently and confirmed I was in fact ready for a new friend! Of course I wouldn’t go anywhere else for that friend, I spent some time and found the newest member of the family! I didn’t expect much today into the next few days as he acclimated, however that has not been the case! He’s been very active exploring, interacted through the glass with my daughter a bit and ate a good meal! It has been so much fun to watch!

Bought a few tarantulas from here and they're all happy and healthy! There's a good variety of spiders to choose from and it's nice that I can see that they're healthy before purchasing. Shout out to Brandon, he's been very helpful and kind.

So this place changes, a lot in regards to everything under their roof. Fish, puppies, plants, reptiles, stocking of dry goods... If it doesn't work well for most ppl it isn't in their building or they will respectfully give you a verbal disclaimer before you buy it.
All this change has been quite amazing to behold because when I used to come here before 2023 or something, it didn't change at all and was stagnant. Every time I would go here everything would be the same and the shopping experience was a quiet walkthrough while ignoring the dry goods stocking. That's because back then it had different owners.
This new owner lady in my new favorite fish place has taken it to new levels! Specific wood, rocks, PRODUCTS and fish that this store has I typically could only find on the Internet before. Crazy to think about that other fish keepers, in online forums, are jealous of what this physical store has in JUST THE FISH SECTION ALONE.
Kudos to the staff that they are personally invested into what they're selling. It's absolutely noticeable.

I couldn't help but attach a pic of the floor bin setup they have right now. It's the tan one. They said it has axolotl eggs in it! Was a surreal moment when I seen it the first time, so practical and smart for experiments or emergencies or even just to have a resemblance of a pond.. The black bin is my own, pond bin of misfit plants, pearl danios and small catfish.. it needs some love I know... It always does. I just wanted to show that fish keepers do this all the time. It's an affordable and safer alternative to glass and it's wonderful to see it shamelessly in a store.

Loved this store! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave great advice and went out of their way to make sure my fish would travel well as I'd come a distance. Maggie and Elise (maybe Elisa) were awesome! The store has a really cool selection of fish, well cared for and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back!

We just moved to the other side of town and we’ve been looking for another all purpose pet store for feeders and the like. I just want to say that I never properly appreciated how amazing this particular store really is. This store is a gem with how well they house and take care of all of the creatures in this space. The environment is always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the feeders are in good shape and something I’m not ever worried about feeding my pets. This is also the only place I would ever recommend adopting an axolotl from, this is the only store in the Denver area that I have visited that actually understands their specific needs. They have an amazing selection of isopods, reptiles, snakes, geckos, even newts, as well as a good selection of fish and they don’t keep bettas in tiny cups either. Their bettas are truly gorgeous, their spider collection is extensive and they have a good variety and quality of feeder insects and frozen mice. Also a great place to pick out a new harness or toy for your pup. Overall, this is probably one of the best pet stores in the Denver area, in my estimation.

Their fish selection is really good. Lots of unique nano fish that keep me coming back. Their fish are always in great health as well. Unlike a few other Denver stores I never once received a sick fish from this place.

I used to think fish were boring pets...but after a few visits to this store, my mind was changed. They have a great variety of fish..and reptiles...birds..and puppies!! My dog likes the chew toys. The staff really knows their product if you wanna call it that. They just don't sell you fish and let you be on your own. They have everything for your purchase. There's no fish napping in the tanks unlike at other pet stores. I really like this store and you will too.

First time to this store and had a great experience buying some fish! Maggie and Jo were both awesome! Great customer service, expert advise, and both were super welcoming! Prices are good and store has a great selection and overall vibe! I don't live very close to this store but will try to make a point of going out of my way to come back!
