Very disappointed, for Natural Grocers

I requested for help at the vitamin section at register 2 with Ms. Sarah 10/06/2024 04:59 PM, two times. She called over the loudspeaker for me, I waited for awhile. I asked again if anybody was going to help me and again over the loudspeaker she announced it. I waited again for a while. I finally checked out and I told her I guess you’re not gonna have anyone help me. Sarah apologized. I asked to speak to a manager and the nearby register lady said that she was acting manager. I spoke to her and explain what happened. She looked very spaced out and basically just looked at me and said something that I can’t remember, she didn’t even apologize, that I would remember. When Sarah called the first time, I saw the acting manager come out of the employee room. I thought she was gonna help me, but she went to the register. It was not busy at all. I don’t shop much at this store because it’s always difficult to find someone to help. The best thing about your store is the vitamin section. Sarah asked me what I was looking for and I said that’s OK when I was checking out, I told her I was going to purchase the rest of Vitamins for my son, who lives at the Olympic Training Center at Sprouts.

My family and I walked away angry. You really need to do better. As I can see, your store is not busy at all, it’s probably for the same reason no one willing to help. Except Sarah that day, but she was too busy on the register. I wish there was a way to give you a negative star I would gladly

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Malaya for the excellent customer service she gave me! She is a walk off grand slam for your store! For anyone who doesn’t follow baseball that means it doesn’t get any better than her Customer Service! The store is blessed to have her there as she is everything: congenial, intelligent, gives beyond good customer service and is gracious to every single customer! She is a keeper for certain and I would do whatever it takes to keep her on board!

Great source for all-organic produce and other organic foods, as well as plant-based foods for vegans or anyone wanting to cut back some on animal-based foods. They do also have a good amount of healthier meat & bovine dairy options, and non-organics once you leave the produce section.

I was in the store a week and a half ago and was privileged again to interact with Essence! She is amazing! She gave wonderful customer service, stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was able to help me with exactly what I needed and gave me such great information that I was able to make my purchases well informed, and was very satisfied with what I took home.
And then again today, I encountered Rachel! Rachel was done for the day, the sign was up at the register for a moment but when she saw me waiting in another line she offered to help anyway, and welcomed me to checkout with her. Most would have looked the other way and left but she went the extra mile acknowledged me and invited me into her line, offering to help me anyway, giving me such wonderful customer service! She could not have been any more patient and kind (and my order was complex) yet she remained so congenial and extremely helpful, throughout the entire transaction. For these reasons and more is why I will definitely continue to shop at Natural Grocers and at this particular location! Both of these ladies made such a world of difference! Thank you both for making my shopping experience so wonderful!

I haven’t shopped this store in quite some time, and I doubt I’ll go there again. The produce was overpriced and subpar: all of the bananas were GREEN, the asparagus was dried out, there was no fresh broccoli, no turnips, every honeycrisp apple was bruised, green peppers were over $2 EACH—and that was just the produce I had gone there for. The shelves and coolers look like they did during COVID—big gaps of no products. I couldn’t find half of the things I came in for. I just gave up and left with the few things I could find. To top it all off, the cashier was surly. I like Natural Grocers, but from now on I will only be shopping at my local store in Pueblo or at the location on South Nevada—those locations don’t have any of the problems I encountered at this location on North Academy. Something’s seriously amiss here.

First visit. This store was recommended to me for good produce and gf options. I didn't think the produce was that great. The gf options were so, so. Prices very high.
