Been going there for a couple years and it just depends on who is working on your dog. One person is lazy and then another our dogs looked great. Last straw is when one of the techs didn’t want to work on our dog cause of matting. Yet the last time another tech did great. Gonna have to go find a small business that has the same person every time.

Thank you for making my fur baby look the best ! When no one else in Denver wanted to help with a corroded hair dog , Julie , the owner , said I got this ! And she makes him look perfect . Couldn’t ask for anything more . Huge thank you .

My favorite place to take my girl. She is always happy to arrive and always happy and beautiful when I come and get her. The staff are very friendly and loving!

Been going here for years and it’s very disappointing that this will be my last time bringing my dog here. I understand that there are price increases but these people are horrible at communicating them. It’s happened to me various times over the years. I’ll show up to drop my dog off on the way to work, and they’ll inform me of a price increase. What am I gonna do? Drive my dog all the way home and be late to work? They need to communicate price increases in advance, at the time of booking.

This place isn’t good enough to continue going here. Save your money. Go to petco

We have a rescue Aussie/collie with fluffy long hair who is very fearful/timid/jumpy. The groomers at JKs ruff house have done such a great job with her and have been so patient and wonderful. Our dog has been getting more confident with each groom and she always looks so stinkin cute afterwards. Highly recommend!

I have taken both my large lab and my little rescue dog here and they are so kind and sweet. My little one hates having her nails done and tries to bite, they didn’t bat a lash. She has gotten much better because they are so gentle. They let most of the dogs wait to be picked up outside of a kennel which my dogs really enjoy. They also always do their best to make room for a last minute appointment. Love these groomers!

I have used them 3 to 4 times to groom my wheaten terrier. She is to have a 3/4" coat once cut.
She went in with a 2" coat and came out with a 1/8" coat. Her ears are floppy type and typically have hair.
She shaved her the same.
This was NOT A GROOMING IT WAS A SHEEP SHEARING. VERY MUCH NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. when I dropped her off she tried to tell me she was matted that was not true as I had brushed her the day before. My dog was the last appointment for the day and they did the quick and easy sheering.
