Poor excuse for a pet store. Total lack of customer service. How many times does one have to ask for larger sizes of parrot food to be available? I would love to keep my business local but cannot. Also, when you have a customer on the phone forever vs. customers waiting to pay, put the customer on the phone on hold.

Great staff, so nice and tons of great recommendations. Wonderful local pet store. We always visit when we are in town to go to one of our favorite dog parks! New toys, jacket and they have our boys favorite food Nulo!!

This is a great shop and the two staff members were awesome. We have a dog with strict dietary needs and the man that helped us was very knowledgeable on all the products they carried and made sure to only recommended those that met our needs.
The woman working there was also very friendly and offered some great advise for the area as we are just passing through.

If we come through Conifer in the future we will absolutely come here again for our dog supplies

I take my standard poodle there to be groomed every 5 weeks. I took her there when she was a puppy for training. She has a sensitive stomach and can be a picky eater, they have offered so much good advice to us over the years. Buster's is the best!

We are fortunate enough to have 2 great local pet shops up here. We go to Buster's more often though, they have a great selection and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They also have a rewards program which is fantastic. Last but certainly not least there is an ice cream shop next door 😋

My dogs are very elderly and have tummy problems galore. I spoke with the team at the store and they had great recommendations. Today was the best day ever since they were young. They loved the food but the heart failure diagnosed dog did really well, he had a bouncy happy day. His love of the food was way above normal. Thanks Gang. Great day because of you. We’ll take as many as we can to our best pal ever. Go Busters. Get away from the grocery store and find an expert in food for pets. I’ve cooked for my dogs but my choice made problems. I’ll be back for variety and great food.

Reviewed based on grooming experience. We have never had a bad experience in the store.

I took my golden doodle to be groomed yesterday. I gave specific instructions to cut him at 1” all over, nothing longer, don’t cut him like a poodle but more like a lab. I picked him up and he is still long, at home I measured his fur on paws at 2” and his face was cut like a poodle. So after spending over $100 I will be pulling out my own clippers today to cut him short like I asked. The groomer did not bring him out on pickup, just leaving it to the sweet high schooler working the counter to do it so I wasn’t even able to ask for anything to be fixed. Very disappointed, we won’t be back for grooming.
