I’m shocked at these positive reviews. In the past year this place has gone from good to awful. The store itself is barren and looks like they’re closing. The dog was stations are filthy and not stocked with enough towels or choices if shampoos (only one was in my station). No brushes or other tools. They were all on a shared table and were dirty with fur stuck in them. There was no hot water and my poor dog has to endure a cold bath. The dryer was shared between two bays. The stairs are moveable and shared so when u was ready to leave, I had to leave my dog (who was trying to escape the tub) to go find them. The stairs are old and unstable. I used to take my dog here years ago and it was a decent locally owned option with an owner who cared about pets. Now it’s turned into a disgusting place that probably created fear for my dog to ever take a bath again.

This is by far the best place in town!! Whether you’re taking your dogs to have them professionally groomed or washing them yourself. This place has everything. It’s clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. The self serve wash has many different kinds of shampoos and conditioners to choose from depending on your dogs’ hair type plus they have convenient dryers. It’s the only place that my dogs feel relaxed enough to let me give them a bath. I can’t say enough about this place! What a gem!

We’ve been taking our boys here for a couple years now and we love everyone we interact with. They do an excellent job with our dogs. Recently one of our sweet pups was diagnosed with Cushings Disease and developed a skin issue. The entire staff has been so understanding, kind, and caring with my little love. I could not be more grateful.
