Had two bags of cat food, just holding it in line- person in front of me had way more and took a long time to check out, finally after five minutes they got another cashier to help me, she didn't know how to use my coupon. Asked me if I already used it or if someone had my info to my account- I just cut out that coupon from their advertising. She put in my coupon code wrong. Not coming to this location anymore. Totally ridiculous! Thanks for the considerate people that didn't let me go before them! Really nice customers you have too! Gross.

Deceptive pricing, they want me to sign up for their emails, I have before they send two to three per day, had to refund a toy that was supposed to be 5$ that they charged me double for.

The grooming service was not good, I definitely won’t be back. My dog was not even dried and they forgot to do the scent spray as well as her bandana all of which I paid for in my package which was 83$ in total.

Don’t come here, deceptive pricing and the quality of the service was not good.

I enjoy shopping here but I tend to have to watch the groomers. I’ve brought my pup here twice to be groomed and the first time I went I noticed a female being kind of rough with someone’s pet so I requested that someone else did the grooming for my dog. Fast forward today he had an appointment. Everything seemed fine during drop off, as I'm on my way to get him looking im looking in the leash aisle and I hear him whimpering so I went to the grooming area and watched the groomer constantly yank and pull on my 3 month old puppy’s hind legs. He was so scared and was shaking. I will no longer use their grooming services.

Edit: The "cat grass" might not be available in-store despite what’s shown online for this location. During my most recent visit (a couple of months ago), an employee informed me that the item was received in poor condition, resulting in the lack of availability on the shelf. If what I was told were true, it seems the inventory would be reentered correctly, as it's been a reoccurring issue, -but it's not. I hope that after my next visit, I'll be able to add 2 stars to this review too.

This place was so expensive. The dog toys were at the minimum $5 which is pretty ridiculous. I feel like the aisles are too narrow and it just felt crowded inside. They do have a dog washing area which is self-serve that really looked cool and I thought that was a really nice feature. The staff were friendly and interacted with our dog which is nice.

Was picking up pinkies for my snake and I was browsing the reptiles. I noticed that the the tanks were reaching 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit when I told a worker they said the manager says that is how it needs to be when the max temp for most reptiles is 95 poor babies were barely moving

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The dog washes are very reasonably priced at $10 and the stations were clean and sanitized. Soap is provided and it was so much easier than baths at home. Took half the time, and my pups seemed less stressed out, will definitely be returning for our next baths! They have a dog wash card for 5 washes for $25 dollars, so every wash would be $5 instead of $10. If you have messy pups like mine who love to get filthy, its definitely a money saver!

What an amazing experience we had here with our puppy! It was his first time here and he suffers from separation anxiety and the way the groomer handled him you wouldn't have thought it. Our dog was very happy and so were we!! Staff is very friendly, and store is very clean!!
