We have been brining my dog to serenity the past 2 years, monthly and they never disappointed. You know they’re good when your dog is so excited to walk through the door! Unfortunately we canceled our membership because we are moving but, I recommend this pet grooming establishment if you live in the area! Thank you Serenity Paws!

So happy to have found this salon for our Winnie girl! Katie does an outstanding job grooming our Bernedoodle, paying close attention to every detail. The cut and color options are a wonderful bonus - our pup always looks and feels amazing after a visit. Katie (Owner & Master Groomer; specializes in Poodles)! She does a great job with our Miniature Poodle Ty! We are part of their annual membership program, albeit at the bronze level (we don't require a lot of specific accommodations for Ty). If you require the ability to schedule your pet quickly, you may want to choose the silver or gold membership. Ty is typically groomed within 2 to 3 hours, and we receive a 30-minute notice before he's done. He always looks exactly how we requested! The add-ons my wife selects (part of the membership program) are teeth brushing, nail clipping, and blueberry facial. In today's marketplace, it's hard to find a good, let alone a great groomer, and we highly recommend Serenity Paws!

First time here and already scheduled our next groom. These people know dogs and how to groom them. My two doodles came out perfect. I loved that they had a book with pictures of dogs so we could discuss how I wanted mine. Dogs look and smell great and are so soft. 10/10. Definitely reccomend

Let me start of by saying I have a 16yr old silky terrier (blind with almost no teeth) that I've have since he was 3 months old. I'm always nervous about taking him to get groomed because not everyone knows how to deal with old dogs. I called Serenity about 2 weeks ago and the girl I talked to made me feel more at ease and she explained everything to me. She also told me she'll schedule my appointment with Katie the owner because she has experience with older dogs. When we got there today and sat with Katie she made most of my anxiety calm down. My appointment was what they call express so he was old there gor 2hrs. When we went to pick him up Katie said he was an angel and he was a good boy. His hair cut is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love this place and I'll be back for sure. before and after pictures

*BEWARE NEW CUSTOMERS* You will be charged a $30 "non membership fee" on top off the service fee. This was not told to me before I book my dogs very first apt. I think it is absolutely crazy to charge a "non membership" fee for a first time costumer! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!! if you do not planning to be a member which is a min. of $15 a month (which is carzy!!) you will be charged an extra $30 when you get your dog groom s- Terribly business plan , will not be going back
