Clean and organized store. They have things that other places do not have. Like some old school items. Laundry bluing for your whites. We did have a little issue with a return. A pressure pump that didn’t work. When we brought it in they said (well we have no way of testing it. (Well that’s not our problem lol) but they did give us our $$ back.

Typical SLV customer service. They need to better hours. Pretty much any other Ace Hardware is open on Sundays and in the evenings when people actually have off work.

As a long time customer. I often run to Ace when I need hardware. But yesterday (12/9/23) I had AMAZING service. We are setting a modular and needed to seal the foundation (ICF). Struck out at two other business and was preparing to rearrange my day. I doubted they would have anything like I was needing because they are not a lumber yard but I thought I would give it a shot before I drove 2 hours.

When I stepped in, the manager listened to my explanation of what I needed and then called an associate that had more construction experience. The employee took me to where that type of product is kept and then read labels with me until we found what I needed! He then carried the two 5 gallon buckets to the register while I finished shopping then carried them to the car for me. what amazing service! Thank you Ace for truly being the place with the “helpful hardware folks!” Turns out that is not just your slogan!

I would have spent quite a bit of time finding the perfect watering system but an employee quickly asked if I needed help and directed me to what I needed. And then I was confused by the number of paint products available and another employee made that a simple decision. The quick and knowledgeable staff made my day. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience. 5* stars!

Good deals online but the pick up was a nuisance. Pick up was well beyond what was projected so walked around the store. Not very friendly or customer service oriented staff. But again good deals online.
