Grooming service was exceptional. We took him to get cleaned up for his Birthday, and they did a wonderful job. So friendly and gentle with him. I trusted leaving him there and the pricing was reasonable. He has a chicken allergy and they gave us samples of oils to add to his dry food to help with his dry and itchy skin. They have birthday cookies inside AND ice cream. What a wonderful place to treat and spoil your fur babies!

We LOVE Our Shop cats - our newest (Emily) is beyond picky, and soo so dramatic. I typically pick up food / treats / toys/ litter over on East Ave Location (great crew!)
But I stopped by this store yesterday and had to come here to say that Trail Blazer has been nothing but supportive and loving towards our girl to ensure that she is eating something besides Churu and Freeze Dried Chicken.

AUBREY!!!! This review is for you, THANK You. Your kindness was so special to encounter and I am happy to know the TB team has such a great gal to help us customers that don't know where to turn to next. I will bring Emily in next time in her stroller to say HI!

It is sad to see people give this place one star because I truly think it is a 5 star experience. I have two big dogs and one is full of anxiety. She’s never had issues with baths, so I failed to express how much anxiety she could have because I didn’t anticipate any issues. Well, my girl made a stink. We’ve taken her back twice now to try and have a good spa day. It’s a work in progress but Sierra is incredibly patient. The staff here are all really nice and everyone wants to see dogs leave happy, I think. Oh, and they have duck hearts. My dogs go nuts for those duck hearts. Never thought that would be a treat I would buy, but here we are; buying duck hearts. I met more groomers during my girls nail appointment today and they joined in on celebrating getting her nails completely trimmed for the first time. I am embarrassed that our dog isn’t perfectly mannered and everyone here makes it easier to be ok with work in progress. If you wish your dog a happy spa day and some tasty treats then this place is the spot to go to.

Just one edit: specifically for Sierra, thank you. Thank you for making it easy for my dogs! This specific groomer is patient, gentle, and full of reassurances. Everything a scared dog needs to be confident they won’t lose their toes.

My very timid but friendly golden retriever always looks amazing when she is groomed at Trailblazers. The staff is kind and attentive and obviously truly loves animals. She loves going there and is excited when we drop her off.
