Hands down the best veterinary care ever. We’ve gone there for 10+ years and they’ve helped our dog grow from puppy to senior with kindness, helpful advice and excellent care. Recommend the boarding if you need it. Reasonably priced and booked at the last minute. 2 surgeries went well. He’s always happy to go and the staff are happy to see him! A+++++

Had to take my cat in for a emergency while he developed this was the only place in town that would see me that day. They were nice and took care of him quickly. That was the good, now the bad I was charged a extra fee because it was a "holiday" that happened to be Columbus day. Cost an extra $93. Charges for visit were high but typical. The good doctor listened to me and held off of doing all of the suggested test and did only what was absolutely needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of the vets here at Northpointe. We’ve taken many of our animals here over the years, but recent experiences were big positives in an otherwise difficult time as our dog passed. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all caring.

We had a horrible experience when we had to take our dog to a larger hospital for specialty care that wasn’t available here. In the end, we returned to Northpointe instead of transferring care to Marqueen in Roseville. We received a more complete prognosis at Northpointe, and it prevented us sinking additional thousands of dollars to arrive at the same conclusion through extra unnecessary steps requested by Marqueen.

I highly recommend Northpointe for your animals. I can’t imagine how much more difficult this could have been, emotionally and financially, had we finished care elsewhere.

Northpointe helped me through a tough time with my girl Butte. They were knowledgeable and made a quick diagnosis so I could get my pup back as quickly as possible to enjoy some quality time with her. They clearly explained all procedures and costs and were happy to let me choose how I wanted to proceed with testing, but after a short talk it was clear that their choices were spot on. Butte is the kind of dog that never wants to leave my side and is very scared to go anywhere with strangers. They were thoughtful and patient when taking her inside and took the time to make sure she was comfortable first. In the end they went above any beyond any expectations I could possibly have. So glad I took my girl to this practice and very thankful for the owners and staff.

Front desk was okay, tech Rose and Dr Calvert (hope I spelled that correctly) were great. The office was clean and quiet. It was empty when we got there, people who cane in after us were brought in quickly and efficiently.
