Sam is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares for the dogs. My Havanese is sweet but a bit nervous and she was patient and even cuddled with him for a while until he was ready to be groomed. I love that they care about the dogs comfort vs. turning a large number of pups during the day. Plus his hair looks amazing and I was able to pick the shampoo. 15 out of 10!

The groomer was fantastic and really treated my babies like they were the most precious pets on the planet! The dogs are always get excited to see them.
