I just had to shout out my amazing experience at Critter Corral, where they have shown so much love and care for my mini Aussie, Echo. Every time I pick her up, she's filled with so much joy, and it brings such a big smile to my face! 🙂

Not only are they super friendly and kind to Echo, but they also do a fantastic job pampering her fur. She comes out looking so fabulous every time! I'm already counting down the days until her next appointment in two weeks.

Definitely recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. They did such a good job on my dog phoebe. As you can see phoebe was also very happy with the results. Thank you critter corral.

Fabulous place! They take care of our three fur babies with the utmost care. I highly recommend this place to take care of your little furry ones. Been going here for the last 3 years with my dog KayDee and they do a GREAT JOB on grooming her. They do just about everything I can ask for as KayDee is a pretty big dog. They treat her well and she always seems happy to go there. Missed them been down for a bit for Covid but they are baaacck and are very safe in with their safety measures . Thank you both at Critter Corral

They were awesome. We just moved to the area. And my dogs doesn't like other people, just me and my husband but they manage to cut their nails without any scratch or growling. Thats why I'm really amazed. Highly recommended...

Absolutely love critter corral. Even when i used to live in Riverside I would drive all the way to Yucaipa for my dog to he groomed. Everyone here is kind and compassionate, and it truly feels like they care about each and every pet that comes in there. I will never take my pets anywhere else

I have made at least 8 appointments over the last year for my two mini Schnauzers, always in advance, never walk in, and every time, no matter if they were there first or not, it took 5 hrs minimum. Today, their apt was at 8:30 am, made six weeks ago. After almost 5 hrs I called and only one of my dogs was done. I told the lady that I’m sorry but I have to pick them up. She told me there was a delay because a dog was brought in with a flea infestation. When I picked them up my second dog had a bath only, was not groomed, just combed. She still charged me $80!! I said why is it the same, only one dog was done, she said, we went up $5.

My dogs are groomed regularly and I bath and brush them in between appts so they are not matted or dirty. I explained to this person that I have tried everything to avoid the long wait and even make my appts in advance, I apologized but said I won’t be bringing them back. Her reply was, that’s okay. I said, really, that’s okay? She said yes. Wow! What ever happened to customer service? Please, think twice before you use this place. Fleas, frustration and poor customer service...
