The staff member greeted me which I appreciate but I didn’t stay long. The smell was quite overwhelming, mostly of animals, and I didn’t see what I needed, well, actually I did see a larger bottle of what I needed but the price was pretty high, so I passed. There’s a need for a place like this I’m sure, it’s just not the place for me.

Terrible. They may have good supplies, but the pets and the animals that they keep are kept in terrible conditions. Especially their mice/rats. Absolutely disgusting. They had an iguana in a large tank with basically no enrichment in there either. Completely inhumane. Absolutely reeked in the store too, no good circulation, a severe lack of cleanliness of animal enclosures, and bad advice by the employees when it comes to animal care. Do not go here and support this animal abuse and neglect.
