We really Love it here. My Cocker Spaniel is not scared or nervous here, and she always comes home happy. All the staff are kind and attentive to individual needs. They are pretty fast, average 3 hour turn around time (faster or slower depending on how busy they are). They send reminder texts day before and the facility is clean and actually smells clean too. We've been coming here for 6 months now (my dog gets groomed every 6 weeks). Definitely recommend them.

I love this place! They always make my baby look stunning! She was so nervous at first and now runs to the groomer! They treat my fur baby amazing! 10/10 would recommend! My Mable has a hard time getting comfortable around people but she loves this place!

Loved this place , wanted to be constant with my grooming but due to the distance it was kind of difficult but still wanted to be loyal to this place . Only went because the guy seemed like he knew how to handle dogs like mine but whenever I tried to get an appointment I got left on hold for 10 minutes or more , I get ignored or my call just isn’t answered. I stopped trying and will look for a groomer that is able to answer calls , distant or close. Expensive or not .

We have been very happy with our dog's grooming. We go over what we need and if something is not covered, they ask. We have been back a few times and our dog always goes willingly to be groomed. We call it her "spa day" since she loves the pampering.

This is by far the best groomer that I’ve taken my dog to. I had them do a deshedding and nail trimming for my corgi and Zach did a fantastic job. He created a super welcoming environment and it was just an all around amazing experience.
