I am so impressed!! I am so happy with the services that were provided today for my cat. He is so precious to me, and they treated him amazing!!!! He received a cut, a bath, a dry and his nails were clipped. He was super fluffy and in such a wonderful mood when he was picked up. This is never the case in the past with prior groomers. We had Madison. She was so sweet, informative and made sure to notate every little detail. The prices were also incredible! We can’t wait to be back😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This business deserves 5 stars for grooming, their friendly staff, and their excellent way of interacting with dogs. However, I have to give them 1 star for how they handle walk-ins.
I live across town and it is a 35 minute drive there and back, but I’m willing to make the drive because of how great they are with my dogs. Unfortunately, this is the fourth time I’ve driven all the way there only to find they aren’t accepting walk-ins that day.
The first time, I checked their hours online, which had been recently updated. They were supposed to be open, but when I arrived, they were closed. I called afterward and confirmed they aren’t open at all on that day of the week. I also asked about walk-ins and was told they accept them without needing to call.
Since then, I’ve encountered multiple instances where they couldn’t take walk-ins due to being short-staffed. Today, I brought only my small dog without an appointment, only to read a sign on the door that they weren’t taking walk-ins for another four days.
While their grooming services are top-notch, I strongly feel they should stop advertising that they take walk-ins unless it’s consistent. At the very least, they should clarify that calling ahead is necessary to confirm availability.
I love this place and will continue using their grooming services, but I won’t go in for another walk-in without calling first.

After having a poor experience at Petsmart, I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a groomer who could handle my little monster. I was pleasantly surprised to see how great they did with him! We will definitely be going back. Tenzin and I thank you!

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!! I own two poodles. 4 weeks ago, I brought in my mini and my standard.
Today, 4 weeks later, I found they NEVER REMOVED THE COTTON from in her ears! She was whining and crying and we searched her everywhere only to find the cotton. This place is horrible!
In addition to that, they didn’t fully groom her. Her butt area wasn’t trimmed at all. Leaving cotton in like that puts dogs at risk for infection, and hundreds more dollars to be spent. Whatever you do, do not come to this place. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Disappointed is an understatement.

Such a great experience!! Our husky, Jasper, had a lot of excess winter coat and at home just couldn't brush it all out so we sought out a groomer and found this place and when we picked him up we were amazed! He looked so good 🤩 and very affordable pricing! Would highly recommend! We will definitely be returning for a future appt! 😊❤️

It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed and I was so worried he wouldn’t cooperate. BUT to my surprise, they were able to fully groom him. They really put my mind at ease. We will visit again!
