This was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. From the moment I walked in I saw a large brown stain on one of the pillows. Upon further inspection the pillows were all stained and smelled, I didn't use them. Hair on bed and a stain that looked like blood. My daughter found an old fake eyelash in the trash and there was makeup all over one of the towels and every one of them had stains. I also have a ton of bites on me now so pretty certain there was bedbugs. I really should have left but was so exhausted after driving all day with two young toddlers and just needed to sleep.

Positive: The price was lower than any other Yreka hotels for this night, and as it turned out, for good reason. Negative: We found Black Mold throughout our room: On the bathroom walls (here they attempted to paint over), the towels and washcloths were discolored with mold, and when we went to bed we found mold under the pillows and on the sheets.

I can't believe we slept so well! I had figured, given some of the clientele, that this would not be a particularly peaceful night. However, the rooms are separated by brick walls -- not much sound gets through.

Location: Convenient location at the south end of Yreka.

Service: The manager at the front desk was kind, helpful, and pleasant.

This is an older motel -- and the rooms have been heavily used over the years. However, the beds and sheets were clean and the AC in the room worked well. There appear to be a number of long(er?)-term residents at the inn -- the parking lot had a few shirtless men hanging out in the parking lot mid-day, vehicles in various states of disrepair, etc. However, the clientele didn't prove to be much of an issue.

I was pleasantly pleased with my experience in doing business here. If you are looking to do honest easy business with professional people that care to accommodate their customers, show respect and true effort for their businesses success, this is the place. Not everything is perfect here and you'll get what you get for the price but what is perfectly imperfect is that they really go above and beyond to be fair, professional and accommodative. The rooms were cleaned very nicely and their effort to hold pride for their business shows. This is the only hotel I will continue to do business with in this town as I was relieved and impressed by their ease of good honest and fair business. They truly care about their customers and business.

Old motel, not remodeled. Old shower, the br sink stopper was off and I had to fish out some stange gunk. King size bed only had 2 flat pillows. Very thin bed cover , no blanket. Two flat bath towels. Smoke alarm had been beeping when we got there. They had a ironing board but no Iron. Tv, micro and fridge on a power strip . Some damage to wall in bedroom. Paint in bath peeling off. Kid at desk was nice.

Came in on a Saturday morning and were told that we were good to stay until Monday. I thought that was nice... NOPE. Had to pay for an extra day. It gets better. Caught someone trying to break into our room and nothing was done when we told the front desk. Never stay here!

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Sid at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. The place is home to several tradesmen who work hard all day and stay up late, so I felt very safe knowing they protect their home. Very pet friendly.
