The gals at the pharmacy front desk are very fast, efficient, and friendly. You've got a good crew. I'm sure the pharmacist Etienne has something to do with the cheerful attitude of everyone. He always comes out smiling, so helpful if you have questions, and even more astonishing, he remembers our names! He let me know my husband with Parkinson's had his rx ready.
What a great team! They deserve and ice cream cone!!! Better yet, give them all a raise! In addition, your cashiers are great, especially Allen Smith who helps me with my coupons. He is such a friendly fellow and seems like he really likes his job and the customers!
Well, I do need to mention the manager with Red hair. He was so helpful to me in finding right products in right size for my husband. He is always smiling! Your store deserves an award for the exemplary service.

Almost every time I pick up my Rx from here, there's some type of issue. Seems since Rite-Aide shut down, CVS is short staffed.

The Female pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful We drove 30 minutes to get there and waited in line for twenty minutes just to have her nasty attitude. My grandmother who is visiting called to have her prescription refill transferred from her local cvs in Southern California to the one here in oak hurst. They then sent her a text saying it was ready for pick-up. When we got there they didn’t have it.
