Today was my first time here and I was pleased. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dog baths are easy to use and have leads already connected so you don’t have to use your own. They provide small microfiber towels and shampoo as well as buckets for soap and water and loofahs. If you have a pet with a thick coat and undercoat I would recommend bringing your own shampoo as the shampoo provided is very diluted and runny. Other than that it was a good experience and I would recommend.

It’s been a while since I’ve been out to Top Dog. The last time I visited was when the shop first opened and I liked everything about it. But it was far from my home so I didn’t use their services often, because I live on the opposite side of town. I made the drive today because of the walk in tubs that are open in the back. This makes it very safe and easy for my geriatric Great Dane to get in and out. I’m so glad I made the right choice! Chris was so caring and compassionate towards my big guy. He could see right away that this trip to the bath was going to take every bit of strength my old dog had for the day! Chris brought me warm soapy water, a loofa, and ear wrap. He even helped me use the dryer. The ear wrap is a genius idea, my big guy has never been so calm under the dryer! He was even smiling. When we were done and after a little rest in the tub, Chris helped my big guy get his back legs out of the down the step up and we were on our way. This is a great business! Everything is very well thought out. I just wanted to shout out what wonderful customer service and care I received today. I will definitely be back.

I am absolutely over the moon to find this self pet wash. It is set up with the dogs safety and grooming comfort in the fire thought of the design and implementation of this business.

The owner is extremely helpful, caring, and takes a wonderful approach in offering advice. Truly a great leader!

Lexi was not as anxious as she normally gets being groomed. And she was very pleased and patient. Which she typically is not. When we were done and I unhooked her and put her leash on she very casually walked herself out of the tub and sat next to a dog waiting for it's human.

Easy check in and check out. Secure and safe. Attention to detail is ever present with an emphasis on quality of care. Very responsible business owner. Even when an anxious customer confronted the owner - he remained cool. I on the other hand felt the customer was being obnoxious, demanding, and unreasonable. I am still uncertain why he just didn't get his dog instead of making the dog anxious stretching to the end of the lead. Anyway, the point is this owner could have been a little more aggressive under the circumstances. And he would have been in the right.

I will definitely be back, now, on a regular basis. I wish I would have known about this place a year ago.

Super clean, managed well, self pet wash. They also have pet grooming when a place opens in the schedule. Excellent customer service with an incredible supply of shampoos and conditioners along with towels to wash and dry your pet. The water temperature and blow dryers are not as loud as other places I have been to.

There are easy steps to get up into the wash tubs. Which is a game changer for me. After having a hip replacement this year has made it difficult to groom my dog at most places that require lifting my pet into the wash tub. My pet weighs in at 37 pounds so being able to walk her up steps and into the tub is a great opportunity for me to groom my pet more often.

The price for self pet wash are a quarter of what I have paid at Petco or other facilities. Again, providing the opportunity to groom more often.

I also am amazed with the quality pet food, grooming supplies, and treats available here at a truly reasonable cost. And they offer a very high quality pet snack, for free, at the end of the grooming process.

Great experience for my pet who absolutely hates to be groomed. However, she is far less stressed at this facility than any other place we have used.

Our first time was a great experience, and we love we keep coming back. Their staff was really helpful showing what is better for our dogs 🧽, tips and how to do it, how to make our dogs more easy going with this process with less effort & less water (we have 2 big labradoodles) they have a different variety of products, up to your doggies needs. Loved, friendly and patient staff.

The store:
Awesome place that has a great variety of pet food, treats, and grooming supplies! Bath and shampoo prices are fair and scale based on the size of your doggo.

The Wash:
I love taking my dogs here because the experience is so much easier than washing them at home. There are tie posts inbetween the wash beds so I'm able to bring both my dogs and get them washed in one trip. They have aprons to help limit water you get on yourself, and headbands for your pups ears so they don't panic when you start to dry them.

The Staff:
Friendly, helpful, and professional! I've done about 12 washes at this location and haven't had a single bad experience there!

Location: Top Dog is right next to a big park, so you can tire your dog out by taking them on a walk or into the dog park before taking them in for a bath.

Bathing my three dogs at home was always a hassle and it drained me completely. The worst part was cleaning up all the hair, making sure they were dry, and they weren’t shedding more fur.

Ive always wanted to take my dogs to get groomed but one it’s so expensive and two I don’t know how my dogs will act. But after my cousin told me about this place I’ll never go back to bathing at home or digging deep into my wallet!

The employees are so kind and will lend a helping hand if you are struggling with your pup who don’t like being bathed or dried. So don’t be afraid to bring your dogs! It’s a 10/10 experience here and I encourage anyone who reads this to give this place a try. You’ll always find me here bathing my beloved dogs ❤️

I've been here twice and will continue to come back they're the best! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful. My dog was very skiddish because of the hair dryers and they helped me with tips on how to wash him effectively with no added stress. They have the best shampoo selections and even a no tear face wash. I will gladly drive across town to continue coming here!
