We got our mini golden doodle groomed here at 5 months (mini groom of face and sanitary areas) and 7 months (full groom). Overall a pretty good experience. I like that we can drop her off at 8:30 and pick her up 5-6pm and that she runs around and plays with dogs all day not in cage. We did not like how they trimmed her nose the first time, but second time it looked better. We tried to ask them to do it differently the second time but they said they can’t accept client style preferences for puppy grooming and only do one type of “puppy cut”. I believe due to puppy behavior. We plan to go here in the future and maybe they will allow us to make suggestions for our style preferences as she gets older.

I love this place I have been taking my dog since he was a puppy now he is 4 years old and I have nothing to say other than they are amazing Faby is great. I really recommend this place for daycare too. Milo loves to go, he always comes exhausted but happy (Thank you Faby )😊

Very professional and caring grooming facility. I have an elderly dog, Jennifer and team always do a top-notch groom. We have never had and issues, trauma, or problems. A very good experience for me and our dog.

Best groomers out there! Will treat their clients extremely well and offer the best services. A couple months back I took my dog to petco (I wasnt able to get a booking here on time) and they ended up cutting him. When I returned to fancy feet I communicated this and they were patient and extra attentive. I live two hours away but this place is worth the drive !

Three generations of my dogs have been fancy feet dogs. Never had a complaint. Only 4 Starz cause there has been a little attitude from the staff lately towards me and towards themselves. Yes my dog at the moment is a spam so I kinda get it.

However being a loyal customer for so long I'm not digging it. They are competent groomers. The place is clean, well locked down so your pets are always safe. Jen has one of the friendliest cats EVER at the front desk. It is almost like he isn't a cat at all. He loves on everyone even your dogs if they let him. No surprise attacks for scratching his belly. I love him and I'm a dog person 100%.

Sadly very unprofessional experience. I called ahead of time to discuss my doodles size. She’s about 50 lbs but has very tall legs so she looks like she’s about 80lbs. We arrived for our appointment and the gal kept going on about how big she was. Oh well no big deal.

Upon pick up I could hear the a gal I assume manager or owner yelling across the room. The dog needed to get cut not just a bath and blow out. She said this a couple times and then I was told to come back in an hour or so because my pup wasn’t ready.

I came back an hour later to get my pup. this gal told me my pup needed to get groomed. I think this information would have been helpful before had since they are the experts.

I’ve groomed my doodle myself so I know when my dog has knots and doesn’t. Plus I brush her everyday. She had a couple knots behind the ears and on her collar. Typical spots. I prefer my doodle have long hair. If you want to charge me extra because of it causing more work, have that discussion with me. Maybe have a consultation with the owner before taking a new client. Also just tell me straight to my face how you feel instead of yelling about it across the room.

A call would be great to let me know my dog will not be ready in time.

Amazing Groomers!! Many of our pet sitting clients go here as well as our own pups. Jennifer is BIG in the Doodle community for a reason. Dogs have the option of playing and not being kenneled if you prefer. However, they can keep your dog separate if requested. Dogs are ALWAYS happy when we get there and pick up.

First and last time using this groomer! Left our Cavalier KC Spaniel with them instructing to shorten body hair a little, round the paws, and leave the skirt and ears alone. Returned to a completely trimmed dog, no skirt, ears cut back. The worse grooming experience we've had in our 40 years of caring for our dogs.
