I can't believe how misrepresented this is. This is not a place, it's more of an agency where they "screen" people to keep your pets in their homes. Those owners can have tons of other animals running around their home and be completely neglecting your pets as what happened in our case. Our 4 year old cat was two pounds lighter in 10 days, was shaking uncontrollably for hours and smelled so bad we had to wash her twice. My husband called the agency to discuss this and they hung up on him twice. No accountability or service This is a shocking place and i would not recommend to anyone who values their pet.

The most important thing when I was looking to board is whether my pet is safe. Will I worry if there is a fire or earthquake. This was the only place out of the 10 places I visited where I felt safe to go away. Vets office don’t have people there at night or if they do then there are many pets boarded. I know The owner of this facility will take my cat with her Incase of an emergency. Her love for animals is unparalleled. I highly recommend her

I highly recommend this place. My dog boarded there for six days. She had a really good time and the sitter treated her like she was her own dog. Price was reasonable for a cage-free boarding. What is really awesome is that it's in a home and the sitter only boards a few doggys at a time.

I would highly recommend going to a different place. This is like an agency where anybody can take your cat into their homes or their Apartments not like an actual boarding facility. I had to pretty bad experiences using this company given I was limited because my kitten is under 6 months and normal boarding places don't allow kittens that Young. Beth in Sherman Oaks her place smelled so badly like cat pee in urine and when I walked up to the door there was two little dogs yapping and barking incessantly. As I got inside there's actually cats fighting and the place was dirty among other things throughout the experience that were unbelievable to me. The second time I used to company giving the benefit of the doubt because of my limitations was Jeannie in Chatsworth everything seemed okay At first she didn't communicate that much or talk that much or seem all that interested but I decided to look past that which I probably shouldn't have but we are dropping her off she wouldn't even allow us into her place using the excuse her daughter was sick which worried me. And when I got my girl back after 5 days her fur looked awful she was puking she had liquid diarrhea and she was no longer playing or barely even responding I was two seconds away from bringing her to emergency room if it wasn't for her eating and drinking a little. I am not a picky person I am not a complainer but when it comes to my pet she is like my child and the fact that this woman didn't care and fed her whatever she felt like it and made my girl sick almost still 5 days later she is still puking and still has liquid diarrhea. Now I have to pay the vet bill because they obviously don't vet their people
