I have boarded our bunny, Wednesday, with Michelle a couple of times and plan to do so again in the future. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care provided! A few times a year, I need someone to care for my bunny and hamsters. Luckily, I came across this company. I’m going to share my honest, personal review, which is meant to to helpful.

What worked: professionalism, reliability, the person who looked after my bunny sent me pictures of him and responded to my messages. An x-pen was setup for him with plenty of hay. I was able to book a 1-day boarding quickly and at the last minute. The price is fair.

Recommendations for improvement: Intake form that includes the name, age, and coat color of the pet. Is the pet spayed or neutered, is the pet litter trained, name of Vet and additional contact info in case of an emergency. To ask about the type of hay the rabbit eats, in case of allergies to Timothy and to keep the hay consistent. Place x-pen indoors only to prevent fly strikes, and other insect related bites, and to prevent encounters with predators. Use a litter box instead of pee pads inside the enclosure. Some rabbits may chew and eat pieces of a pee pad.

Overall, it was a good experience. I very much appreciated the responses to my text messages throughout the day. I was nervous, and seeing pictures of my bunny made me feel more at ease. Thank you.
