Fast, friendly service! Very personable to their client, and great with the dogs. It was easy to make an appointment and get a quote. I went in with my 105 pound German Shepherd, and they were very good with her. They're knowledge and experience showed in their work and satisfied animals. I would HIGHLY recommend!

As I have personally worked at this establishment, I say that the service that this pet grooming shop has is the best this town has to offer! Great customer service for all old and new faces, they take their time to make sure that the job is done correctly, and give honest pricing for all hair cuts. Never a job that has been done incorrectly and all customers leave with a smile on their face and a happier dog on the leash. Best service in town and would absolutely recommend for anyone to bring their pets to this shop.

Idk why this lady is sooo madd but she is. If u don't mind a lil attitude they are very reasonable on price. I decided to pay a lli more n go elsewhere. She just seems like she don't care. My pets are my babies so I want someone that is nice and cares.

Based on my personal experience terrible customer service skills, and poor communication skills. I do not live in Porterville and I simply was referred to this business by word of mouth. I scheduled in advance to have my Bichon Frise correction not Poodle groomed. I specifically noted I wanted his body shaved and his head kept longer. I received a phone call stating his head was too "matted" for them to comb out and keep a little longer than his body. At this point I was frustrated with their customer service skills and irritated with the fact that they wanted to shave his entire body to his bare skin. I told them to leave his HEAD alone and shave his body INSTEAD they left my dog's fur from shoulder up to his head unshaved. These people need to learn communication skills. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here and find another groomer who listens to what their customers want.

They keep the dogs in cages for hours before getting to them. Then when they finally do begin to bathe your pet, they keep them in the bathtub or in a cage wet and alone for half an hour. There is no heater or any other source of warmth to keep them warm, so they sit and shiver. Instead of blow drying them, they have them sit in a metal cage with a high powered fan blowing cold air on them. When they shave the pets they leave them on the table chained for extended periods of time alone before getting to them. They talk about people and their pets to. They don't seem to like or care about pets, it's only a business to them. They even sprayed the room full of air freshener right where all the animals are kept (which if you don't know, is really bad for animals to breathe due to all the chemicals) Definitely would not recommend.

I Don't recommend this groomer AT ALL. I've witnessed dogs chained up at a table for HOURS!! They're just not very nice to animals
