AHHHH!!!😍😍🥰🥰 I love it love it love it💖 I've taken my baby to a few groomers before and told them my baby has a double coat. they always shaved her down when I never wanted it but when I called and told them she has it. they did exactly what was ment for her. Told me the price for her and was able to get their best opinion brought her in with no problems. When she was done they called and was very happy with the out come. I loved that they put the little bows on her which made everything better my baby will be coming here from now on. Thank you plush pups for making my baby happy she's loving her new fresh self.🥰🥰🥰💝💖🐕

I love this groomer and my dog loves them as well. This place is flexible with times and always has my medium size boxer smelling so good!
Only complaint I have is the parking lot, it is small and not much parking. However this is outside of their hands. I've been using them for almost a year and will continue to do so!

I was satisfied, I brought in 2 of my Adult English Bulldogs, they came in smelly & came out smelling like a brand new puppy 🐶 the price I think is decent. On both of them I took them separate days & they were ready in 1hr. So it does look like they go by scheduled appointment which I Loved.

They know just how to make my little boy look and feel clean. He has terrible anxiety and seems to like it here, which is great for the both of us. Reasonable pricing and always a pleasant experience.

Amazing service ! Been struggling to get a proper grooming service due to my dogs behavior. Lucy did an absolute amazing job, was beyond surprise that my pup was finally able to get a full grooming experience.

Do NOT use this groomer.

I had good experiences with this groomer before they changed locations but that was two years ago. I took my dog in today and they quoted me 70 to groom her. The price for deshed was ten or fifteen. When I arrived they charged me 105 before tip with no explanation. They told me they called me for pick up but admitted that they had an app do the pick up calls. I'm sad this used to be a good groomer but I'm never going back since they have clearly changed dramatically.

Update: Read the reviews. They will not contact you to pick up your dog! They will not honor the quote that they give you even if you get the quote in person with your dog ahead of time.

This groomer used to be very good but their service has depreciated over the past couple of years as their prices have gone up. They quoted me 70$ for a bath for my medium sized double coated dog in person because they said they needed to see my dog to tell me a quote. When I dropped her off for her appointment they took her back right away. They told me they would call when it was time for her to be picked up but that she should be ready around 2pm. I called a little after 2pm and they said she was not ready and that they would call me. I never received a call but I knew they closed at 4pm so at 3:30pm I drove over. I was worried something had happened to my dog because they had not called or texted and she had been there since 11 in the morning. I picked up my dog and told the groomer that I knew I was supposed to wait until she called me but that I also knew she was supposed to be closing soon. She said that the app they use had called me at 2:27 pm and that upset me. I can’t imagine relying on an app just for a phone call or text. She verified that my number was correct in their system and it was. I had no call, no text, and my dog sat in a fenced area for an hour just because they couldn’t be bothered to call or text me when they knew I was waiting.

The groomer then proceeded to charge me 105$ before tip for my dog. I was so angry I didn’t trust myself to say that she was overcharging me. I paid and left a 15$ tip. I told my husband that I was upset that our regular groomer was no longer going to be our groomer because of this experience. He talked me into going back to ask them to make at least the over-charging issue right and to let them know their app does not work for contacting owners. My husband spoke to the groomer to let her know the issues. They said they have a camera going in the front with a microphone and they could prove that they had quoted me 90$ not 70$. They also said that 90$ is the minimum they charge for any shepherd breed. Please note my dog is not a shepherd breed. They said they reviewed the footage but they wouldn’t let my husband see it. They said the microphone was over at the front desk and because the groomer had quoted me while standing in the back area by the door that the conversation wasn’t audible. He asked them since they couldn’t prove that they had quoted me for a large (she’s fifty 50 pounds, not typically considered large) dog with a double coat that they should honor the quote we were telling us that they gave us for 20$ (medium double coat dog). They said they couldn’t do that but that the owner had told them to give me back my 15$ tip. My husband and I are both horrified that the owner is taking out her bad policy and practices on the staff.

They also refused to give out the owners contact info and when they called the owner she refused to come in or speak with us.

I will !never! be using this groomer again and I strongly recommend that other pet parents find another groomer.

I can start off that I love this place. When I first walked in Natalie at the front desk was super nice!
She told me prices and explained everything they will be doing on my Dogs. Also Corey did a great job on grooming my Pomeranian. We asked for a hair cut. And left him looking super cute and smelling good!
Also my husky wasn’t shedding after they Bathed her and they left her with beautiful shiny coat of hair ! She was so soft.!
I appreciate that the workers made a good impression on the way they love animals. Thank you girls for everything! I will be coming back for sure!
