I purchased two parrotlets in February, they were very cute, they were together with a conure, I felt bad to separate them so my son and I bought all together with 2 big cages....our purchase was almost $800, unfortunately one of the parrolets was sick and I had no idea, within 3 weeks she seemed unable to even walk, I took her to the vet, an avian vet. He told me there was nothing he could do to help my lil bird, she had developed cancer and her chest bone was soft due to that and rendered her unable to walk 😭 I had to put her down...now I have her lil brother calling her at night. How is it that in a month, a little bird develops cancer?....I think it was already sick at the pet store, and to make a sale, the owner did not tell me. I am sad that I lost money and the lil bird.

This was my first time here and the only reason why I don't give them a 5 star rating is because my husband's food was cold when it arrived at our table. Other than that, it was great. They had a trio playing when we first sat down and then a nariachi came and they put on a great show. I'll think we'll be back some day😛

I’ve been looking for a place that could help cut my birds wings that’s closer than the magnolia pet farm. I called and she charged 7 which is worth not having to drive all the way to riverside. Great customer service! Had an awesome toucan just chillin that you could have jump on your arm. A good selection of birds, fish, mice, Guinea pigs, a few turtles lizards and snakes as well. It didn’t seem like the snakes were too cramped like I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they listened to the reviewers and realized their mistakes? Anyway, I’ll most likely come back here for the wing clipping.

Love to support the mom n pop shops, but also they have my dogs favorite food and the best thing about coming here is they keep my last purchased records on file, so it's easy to pop in a say I'll have same as last time. Will keep coming back for the friendly service, great selection and super easy convenience shopping!!

Just moved to this area and I noticed a swap meet so I went to check it out with absolutely no intentions for buying a pet. I then saw this pet store all the way on the corner and walked out with my first ever 8 month old Honduran Milk Snake. The lady and gentlemen were both friendly and explaining of what I will be up against. Their prices were very reasonable. I hadn't been to any reptile/pet stores in at least over a year, so I didn't have anything to compare to until I went to Amazon Reptile Center to get my new snake, Blaze, dinner the following week and noticed the much higher prices on snakes and terrariums.

I was extremely appreciative when the lady allowed me to return Blaze 2 weeks later and exchange her for a 2 year old Rosy Boa. Blaze was too scared all the time and gave every attempt to escape. This Boa is super mellow and plays.
